Anyone who attacks another-
either physically or with weapons- within the rooms of the castle,
Sacred Glade, or Sanctuary will be arrested by the guard and fined
for their actions |

Any
who are caught stealing will be arrested by the guard, shall be
given a fine of 50 gold, and will be made to return the stolen
object or be held until they can produce an amount of gold
equivalent to the object stolen |

Any unwarranted or uninvited incursion upon the property,
territory, or rights of another, will result in arrest and a fine
according to the nature of the crime |
| 4. |
Attempted murder or
assassination is means justifiable for arrest and trial in a court
of law |
| 5. |
Anyone who takes another life within the Realm- whether it be on
accident or on purpose- will be arrested and taken into a court of
law for trial. Murder within the Realm is means for execution |
| 6. |
No person or persons shall violate their allegiance toward the Realm
in betrayal by waging war against it and or by consciously and
purposely acting to aid its enemies. Such betrayal and treachery of
trust or confidence shall be determined by the court of law, by the
residing Chancellor or in his absence the Judge for justification of
sufficient lawful action |

No person or persons shall openly defy, resist and or try to
overturn the Realms established ruling body or court and its laws by
implying an armed uprising against the ruling bodies authority or to
renounce allegiance or subjection against the Royals |

Any who threaten the life
or lives of any residing within the realm will be arrested and fined
50 gold or more |
|
9. |
Any who are found
participating in or are involved with a kidnapping will be arrested
and taken into a court of law, and made to pay 20 gold daily until
the missing person is returned |
| 10. |
Any who forcefully take
another being residing within the realm by means of rape will be
arrested and taken into a court of law, as well as being made to pay
a fine of 300 gold |
| 11. |
Any vampire who feeds
without permission of the person they take from will be arrested by
the guard. This will be brought to attention by the Vampire council
as an act to keep the peace between races; those that disobey shall
be defanged for such an act |

Any who obstruct the way of
justice and prevent the proper procedure of law from being carried
out will be arrested and fined 50 gold |

13. |
Any who continuously stalk or follow another
citizen of the realm will be arrested by the guard and fined 50 gold for
his or her actions |

14. |
Any who harass, slander,
verbally assault, or otherwise attempt to provoke or disgrace a
member of the Phoenix Military will be arrested and fined 200 gold |
|
15. |
Any who physically assault
any member of the Phoenix Military will be arrested and fined 300
gold |
|
16. |
Any who threaten a member of
the Royal Family will be arrested by the guard and fined 750 gold.
To commit assault against any member of the Royal Family justifies
arrest by guard and a fine of 1,200 gold |
